poor mans oring fix

been reading up on the poor mans oring fix ..
3 bottles of crc block weld
1 gallon of purple power degreaser

went to pep boys to look for that stuff .. couldnt find it

closest thing to crc block weld i could find was title "crc block seal"
are they the same thing?

also what the heck is purple power degreaser? i cant find that at all ..
can someone help me out here .. what brand is it?

purple power degrease i believe is similar to castrol's super cleaner & degreaser. both are in a purple bottle (so is the chemical). VERY strong stuff btw

dude yeah block seal and purple power works the same did mine and has been good for the past two weeks heres the link form what i did mine on

btw go to advanced auto parts they have the degreaser and seal

I, along with many others here, have done this and it does work, though it ultimately is a semi-temporary fix at best. And you risk having your heater core COMPLETELY plug up. But it DOES work, I went over a year on it.

I highly reccomend fixing it the right way. It's better in the long run. You'll thank me in a few years.

It was INTENDED for boingers. I have heard people give some incredible testimonials to the stuff, it supposedly can fix cracked heads and blocks, turn a Honda into a 10 second car, and cause you to have the ability to cover your woman in ****!

yeah i plan on getting a rebuild .. but this is just a temp fix so i can try to save up for it
