OK I've had my twinpower for about 2-3 months and still have not put it in. I took off the intake elbow and I still can't find the right harness. I took it to my local rotary shop (Jose in Haughton, LA) and he couldn't find it either (didn't try hard). WTF! It says it is a 10 minute install. I am so pissed!

pull of the elbow again and look at the coils.. look for the connectors on each of the coils, now follow the wires from the coils, they should all run in to the same harness and should go across the engine from the rear to the front and come out behind the power steering pump and then run into a black connector, from there it will run from there into the main harness...

thanks guys...

Matt could you email the pics mentioned at the site? I took apart the connector between the power steering pump and the alternator, but that is not the right connector. There seems to be another connector way down in the engine, just in front of where the dipstick is, but I can't see to get it open, plus I am worried that if I do get it open I will never be able to get it reconnected. Does this sound like the right harness?

That is probably the correct pug. I remember it being a pain in the **** to get is disconnected.... I will try to dig up those pictures, but I have switched computers a couple of times since that post and may not be able to find them.

Its new years day and my resolution is to attempt to help those that ask nicely. So I walked outside and took a pic or two. The harness connects to the connector that is coming off the big fat electrical bundle.

You can see the connector coming out near the dipstick. It is coming out of the bundle.

Hope I helped.

try going at it from under the car, jack it up, put it on stands and reach up from the bottom...

finally SUCCESS! It was worth it. On my initial 20 min test drive I noticed that the car is much smoother. No more popping when I let off the gas either, and also fixed an occasional miss I had at idle. WHEW!
