Pettit Midpipe?

I have the Pettit midpipe on my car, but I just went on the pettit site, and noticed that they have something that is supposed to be better for the FD than the midpipe...should I go with that or not...what do you think?

"Better for the FD than the midpipe"

Better is a reletive term.
Better souding? (are you refering to the resonated midpipe?)
Better emissions? (high-flow cat?)
Better horsepower? (straight through mandrel bent MP)

What's most important to you?

Here is the description

PETTIT 3" STAINLESS STEEL RESONATED CENTER SECTION
This direct replacement for the stock catalytic converter greatly reduces the droning associated with a midpipe replacement, with no loss of performance. Constructed of flanged T304 stainless steel, this manderal-bent 3 inch straight through pipe includes an 18 inch core of space-age, heat-resistant ceramic packing (not stainless steel!) to take the thermal abuse that the rotary engine can put out

I have one ( resonated MP ) , I like it but actually I wouldnt mind my car being a little louder. Its just really loud when you open it up. I bet if I got a regular SS Mp I would get sick of the droning though.

The droning is really associated with the CB that you have. Besides, if you usually have your stereo loud, you will probably hardly hear your exhaust

The droning on my car is fairly quite actually. I don't really hear it all that much.
