omp bolt broke on me

My car went into limp home mode a few months back due to a misdiagnosed bad omp(turned out to be the plug was loose). Thinking it was a bad omp i bought one and tried to change it. I didnt notice when the socket wrench went from loosen to tighten and well, you know what happens after that. Well, i left it alone and didnt touch the other bolts and hoped it didnt leak. It did start leaking and i wanna try to stop it.
How much stuff do i have to remove in order to get some room in there? I'm hoping theres enough of the bolt sticking out to turn it! I know i'll most likely have to use an extractor, the question is will i have enough room or will i have to pull the engine???
before you ask, i have been running premix just in case but i think its overkill since my twins are pushing quite a bit of oil. lol i might be changing turbos at the same time. so that might help!

If youre going to pull the turbos, you might aswell just pull the motor its soooooo much easier to work on the turbos that way. Pulling the motor really isnt that bad just take pictures as you go along..

That's a really bad situation . I agree with Jay, I am not sure you'll have the room to work with the motor still in the car.....

You can replace the OMP with the motor and turbos in place; I've done it.

OMP removal

If replacing the OMP you'll have to remove the harness as well and that requires removal of the vacuum chamber

If you just need to replace bolts and gaskets on the OMP you don't have to remove the vacuum chamber, that's only required if actually swapping one OMP for another.

The confines are certainly tight but a 1/4" drive ratchet and an assortment of extensions was all I used.

What were you doing that blew the differential out when the car isn't running 100% anyway.
