Angry OMG Tranny Problems...Please Help!!!

I need some serious help here, My trans in pissing me off really baddd!!!!
First off, it grinds in every gear.
Second, sometimes it is hard to put it in 4th gear.
Third, it pops out on 1st gear when I start to get on it, once it pops out it makes a big loud thump.
Fourth, the car seems to not be as fast as before, i make this assumption because my car has nitto drags mounted on the stock 16" wheels in the rear and before I started having all these problems, I could not hook the car up in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Now, If I punch it from a second gear roll, no wheel spin at all, So im thinking the bad tranny is affecting the driveline and the rwhp.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated, it sucks because i have no clue what this tranny has been through being that im the 3rd owner!!!
Thanks in Advance!!!

In all honestly, i dont think i broke it with the radials, but like i said, this whole tranny problem happened all at once. I thought that it might have been the pilot bearing, but again i have no idea.

So what have you looked at so far? Have you dropped the tranny to inspect the clutch and the clutch fork?

Yes, drop the tranny and start inspecting the easy stuff first (like the clutch components).

The thing is, nothing is going to get done until someone breaks out a wrench, whether it's you or a shop. You can't fix a problem by only typing on a message board. Work needs to be done to narrow down the problem. Inspecting the clutch and it's components should be the first step.

mahjik, its a good thing you said that

i went to my local shop 2 times already and they replaced the tranny with a jdm tranny with about 40k miles, they also replaced my pressure plate that was supposedly bad.. i have an ACT clutch in good condition, i know, they showed it to me..

anyway, the problem i had was the damn car wont go into gear when im at a standstill.. im sure you guys heard about this problem from me in other threads but thats the problem im having now.. i had this prob before i had any work done. i went to the shop first time and they replaced the pressure plate. ok, it went home fine, next morning, same problem. ok i went back again, they said the synchros are messed up and i have hot spots, i might need a rebuild but they can get me a jdm tranny for a bit more so i said **** it, might as well since you have it down anyway, cant go wrong with jdm LOL..

ok, they did that, it drove home fine, next morning, again same problem.

the gears are butter when driving, as soon as i hot 0mph with the clutch out, light turns green, clutch in for 1st gear and im blocked, 2, 3, 4 and reverse are blocked.. 5th is the only gear to go in but barely..i would have to shut the car off, put it into 1st and then start it back. as far as maintaing the ride, what i do is wait til im at like 5mph, then it slips into 1st with some ease..i dont get it..

jdm tranny and pressure plate are changed but i have the same problem like they didnt do anything.. any other suggestions on what could be the problem?

would a worn throwout bearing, pilot bearing or clutch fork be the problem for this??

please guys help, i already spent a large amount of this already and i cant be paying that labor every week cause i cant get the problem solved..
