old trust greddy 3 row intercooler issue.
Ok guys. I got an old style trust greddy (intercooler only) for a good price so i bough it.
I installed the intercooler as best i could but it looks weird. Its not centered and there is no room for the main fuse box. ether i mounted the cooler wrong or the cooler it self is stupid looking. I would like to know or see some pictures If any of you still have one of these intercoolers installed. thanks.

By the way if anyone of you have any of these intercooler pipes and would like to sell Pm me.

i have the same intercooler. i also have the instructions but they are in japanese. you have to cut the triangular piece of the radiator support right above the frame rail on the passenger side for it to sit straight. the original kit came with spacers to lift the relay box to clear the radiator and i/c. here is some pics i took for another forum member.they are scattered all over, but you will get the idea. pics are located between 76 to 150

It was the same issue with my V-Spec. After a while of wondering why pipes weren't fitting correctly, re-reading the Japanese instructions - or trying to read Japanese - and staring long enough at the hand-drawn pictures, I had a "NO F-ing WAY!!" moment at 2am working on my car on the street freezing, covered in gravel and power steering fluid with a flashlight tied to my head. Determined to finish, I got to work on the triangle and got all the pipes to fit perfectly around 2:30 after waking up all my neighbors. Apparently, there's no quiet way to use a hole saw and a sledgehammer on two layers of stamped metal.

I was able to install the intercooler with out cutting any metal perhaps this is why it sits a bit off center. I refuse to cut any body metal parts so i rather it sit crooked. If this becomes an issue i will just get a different type of Intercooler. thanks for the help.

I've just brought one and it didn't come with anything but the intercooler and cold side piping.
Cheers
