Oil leak

I noticed a great oil leak under the car today, from left side, seems just over the suspension arm.
Leaks a lot with engine on and less when off, so I suspect something under pressure.
What can it be?

Could be other sources, but if this began abruptly, the first thing I'd check is that your oil filter is seated properly and is tight. Maybe just change it to be sure it's not a bad gasket. One other thing that comes to mind is the oil pressure sending unit/sensor, near the filter pedestal.

could it be the large gasket of the pan?

From Babelfish...

It could be the pot of the oglio.Ti I suggest to put of coloring in the oglio. I have spold 2 months, having tried to find the loss of the oglio, I have changed the pot of the oglio, the packing of the pot of the oglio, I have tried to change to the packing the ingettore of the oglio(O ring)e I still had the loss. I have cleaned up the motor everywhere, I have guided the machine, seemed that it came from all the parts, I have repulito the motor, to this point my moglie pensave that you made the corna it, perche' I spold all the my time working on the machine. After that I have put coloring in the oglio, me there are intentional 2 minuteren in order to understand from where it came. Percui I suggest you to try coloring. P.S. my loss of oglio, came from the cover of the chain of the oglio.

so tony is saying put die in the oil, and look for the leak. He did, after replacing the entire engine (?), and found his leak from the front cover (?).

just make sure before they put the oil pan gasket on. tell them to clean the engie and put the die in the oil it may look like its coming from the pan but there about 8 different place it could come from.
