O2 sensor (Wideband?)

I recently put my car back together after several modifications (GT35/40 kit, PFC, Street Port, Intercooler) I started it yesterday for the first time. I is iddling very rough (2500 rpm) and the header was glowing after a slow spin around the block. I think it's running very lean. I'm unsure at what voltage should the O2 sensor should be at. I'd like 13:1 Air fuel ratio. Does anybody know what I should do to get my running correctly. I'm a Newbie at this. Also I have a progate wastegate that I'm unsure how to hook it up correctly. I'll be buying the Apexi control boost kit next month. Right know I'd like to control it with just the PFC (if possible). Thanks for you're help.

Stock O2 sensor should be reading >.84 on a digital voltmeter.

i dont think the pfc can control the boost on a single. you just have to go off of the wastegates spring

You should probably post this on the single turbo forum.
First, with all the money you've spent on your modifications, do not drive it around unless you are sure you are not running lean and have the fuel to support it. 13:1 is way to lean, and u want to be in the low to mid 11:1 A/F. Either invest in a wideband O2 setup (stock 02 resolution is to small), or get to a dyno. I believe you can control your boost with the Apex'i boost control kit with included upgraded MAP sensor.

The 13:1 is fine of vacume....if your in boost you need to be in the 11:1 range

dont use stock sensor to tune, and a 13:1 under boost/load=new engine time

BTW: No headers on rotaries hehe

if the timing is to retarted it will run extremely hot causing a glowing manifold.... a WB isnt gonna tell you what you want to know about your timing... post your ignition settings.
