Now unless you are having a sequential problem that you can't fix, don't do it.

i'll echo what was said.

you say "build up to non sequential"

do you think it is somehow that superior to non-sequential? you may get minimal gains up top but you will suffer down low.

Dude it's so much to explain, I understand you want quick answers but no one is going to take their time to type every single detail. Just search non sequential and read everything you can.

there is one somewhere on this site with detailed pics on how to do it properly. it requires full removal of the turbo and cutting off all the flappers(except wastegate), porting and welding up any existing holes from the flapper actuator rods.

the turbos are fairly simple once you understand what is going on inside of them, the control system however is much more complex than the turbos themselves. your goal is to get rid of any obstructions in the flowpath of both turbos, all the actuators on the turbos are designed to cut off air to the secondary turbo until it is needed.

doing the poor mans conversion(wiring the actuator arms open) still blocks airflow through the exhaust paths which results in a less efficient turbo.
