Non Seq. Conversion FD3S
Hi there,
i have a FD3S with all stock...the only tuning at this moment ist 2x blitz blow off, 3" Veilside Exhaust system and a apexi air intake system!
Now i want to build up to non seq.
but i dont know how to....can someone explain me!

this page is good but i could not understand evrything because i am a german!
i hope you guys can help me.....if it possible please with pics!

Now unless you are having a sequential problem that you can't fix, don't do it.

Where exactly are u from in germany? ... i live in Lüdenscheid ... i think ill be able to help you out with the guide ... Ive converted mine to non seq. aswell ... do you have MSN? ...

there is one somewhere on this site with detailed pics on how to do it properly. it requires full removal of the turbo and cutting off all the flappers(except wastegate), porting and welding up any existing holes from the flapper actuator rods.
the turbos are fairly simple once you understand what is going on inside of them, the control system however is much more complex than the turbos themselves. your goal is to get rid of any obstructions in the flowpath of both turbos, all the actuators on the turbos are designed to cut off air to the secondary turbo until it is needed.
doing the poor mans conversion(wiring the actuator arms open) still blocks airflow through the exhaust paths which results in a less efficient turbo.
