No start, not even a click 😡

Well my rebuild is in ready to start, and what do you know nothing.... Turn the ignition to the first position and it works, second position no air or Windows work, last position nothing. I have power to the center contact on the ignition switch but when I turn it it doesn't power on the other contacts.
I have 12v at the starter, arced it out and it turns over fine. Thought my ignition switch was bad, ordered a new one and no change.

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to electrical so I'm stumped and frustrated.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks, I have checked the fuses but wouldn't hurt to check them again.

Get your head under the dash and take a hard look at your clutch pedal---make sure the OEM bushing for the clutch switch didn't break apart and fall out. If you push the clutch pedal with your hand and you see the white plunger push through a hole in the pedal arm, there's your problem

I did pull the plug out of the relay and used a jumper wire, although I believe there are two neutral safety switches, so maybe the second one has the issue

hmm...... you're speaking of the OEM security relay? Are you *sure* you jumped the proper wires? Both of the thick black ones.

Two large gauge wires, one blue with a white stripe the other black with a green stripe.

Not to hijack but my car did the exact same thing yesterday. Jumped both security and clutch switch and got nothing. Got the car from eccentric performance a few months ago. Stock as far as I can tell. Fuses look good and did the wiper/turn signal test and passed. I'm terrible with electrical as well.

One other easy thing to check is if your car alarm is possibly disabling start ?

There are 2 plugs to pull from green ECU #2 flasher box that can be unplugged if you wish to disable alarm.

The largest connector and the smaller connector right above it, if IIRC.
The flasher connector remains connected.
You might have to search threads or FSM for correct door + key switch procedure,
to disarm your alarm before pulling connectors,
or just try correct alarm door + key switch steps to just make sure alarm starter cut relay
has continuity at B/L + L/W wires with ignition in start position as in above diagram.
