No boost at all???

This has me really confused. Anyway i had a couple of boosting issues so decided to check through my vacuum hoses. Turns out a couple of them had torn, popped off or were kinked. After replacing these...
(Re-Circ Valve to Plenum, Boost Gauge & Charge Control)
I decided to take the plenum off to investigate further. So i merrily took the plenum off & found some more that had popped off & some kinked.

I replaced what needed to be only replaced a total of 3 hoses. Stuck it all back together and fired her up...

BUT..............now i have no boost whatsoever...??? Iv checked everything again and triple checked everything last night until 4am. Came to this morning and still nothing.

It holds vacuum but theres no positive boost. All the IC,throttle, elbow pipes etc are tight and connected nothing from them has been changed.

I Printed a A3 size Vacuum Diagram then Laminated it and stuck it to my bonnet whilst going through everything. Its all where it should be!

I really dont understand because i only changed 3 hoses under the plenum and 3 others.
1 was kinked so i lengthed it. 2 were loose & wouldnt stay on, so i replaced with smaller 4mm Viton, these were...Wastegate Control & Turbo Precontrol

What have i done wrong?????

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp...

Make sure that the vacuum line to the BOV is still attached on both sides.

Double-check the boost couplers (Y-pipe to cross pipe, cross-pipe to IC, IC to elbow). One may have torn or come loose. Coupler tears may not be easy to see w/o complete removal.

What were the original boost problems?

And a wild guess: check that the wastegate actuator didn't come loose.

Wastegate actuator is fine...had it all off again today

All of the pipes are connected buuuuut...after checking the solenoids with a soccer pump (to see if they are leaking pressure) the Charge Control does not hold any boost at all it just vents as though its not connected to anything...if i suck on the pipe it holds vacuum...is this normal?

Also the Charge Relief wheezes when you blow through the pipe...all the pipes are new and all connected...

Original boost problem was no boost after shifting gear...but iv ordered a set of Rob Bailey's uprated solenoid pack so that should solve all the problems but i wont receive it for another 4 weeks
