no boost :(
ok so just got car started yesterday
it wont boost at all...when the gauge gets to the 0 its like hitting a wall...the car just bucks and wont go anywhere...
car is non seq...has a power fc
i have no wastegate control solenoid right now...just a straight vac line from the actuator to the vac nipple on the turbo...could this be the problem?
it sort of feels like when the vac line from the map sensor comes off...but it didnt
any help would be appreciated
thanks

ooo well looking at this diagram
the vac line on the wastegate actuator... the right side should be hooked up the the turbo inlet and the left should be on the outlet side right?
i think i had the right side capped off...would that cause it?

Try revving WOT in neutral - if it reaches a few PSI in neutral, I suspect the turbo system is producing boost. Boost problems aren't usually rough - just a lack of power and response.
Now I see your other post. To get 7psi, you should have the left line hooked up the compressor nipple tree, with no pill inside. The right line should be capped or running to a solenoid or boost controller. If you ran that line to the inlet you'd vent all the pressure going into the actuator and prevent the wastegate from opening at all - a Very Bad Thing.
How is your precontrol set up? The same way?
I had symptoms like this when my injectors weren't flowing properly. Freshly cleaned and tested by a real injector shop, and the car ran just fine. Who cleaned your injectors?
