Nitrous and C16........

Nitrous and C16........
I remember Steve Kan saying that he runs nitrous on his 7 with C16 in the tank. I am getting tuned again this Feb. and would like to know if putting nitrous on my car would be a good idea. I am assuming that I could only spray it when I am running C16? Is this correct? Also how big of a shot would you go?
My block is bridge-ported (half-bridge)
It also has 3mm apex seals but it IS NOT dowel pinned.
What do you guys think?

what kind of 3mm seals...some seals say, NO N2O
talk to ray at mallory, iirc...he runs a shot.
personal opinion...if you want it to lower your ET...I'd tighten the nut behind the wheel first.

4 stages on a Big Chief-headed True Ten-5 car in Texas. Looks like 4 directport stages...3 up top and one "hidden" under the intake.

Here's a car from this years pump gas drags running 3 stages...2 stage direct port and a plate system. Had 3 bottles in the car and 15 more in the trailer.

Based on what I've seen, the 'big name' drag racers primarily use the spray to spool up their big *** turbos. As long as you can up the boost, why screw with nitrous?

well that car is only running a 50 shot and from what i heard a 50 shot wont be bad on ur setup. i plan on doin the same cause my stock ports are gonna have a hard time spooling a gt40r . jut dont push it.

Edit: Also, you need to talk to guys who have been running nitrous on high boost/power applications. Talk to Steve over at Gotham and Chris or Ari over at RP.
