Uh, wtf

Question....is it a smart idea to have the pressure chamber mounted with stainless steel plumbers tape? It just kinda flops around at free will.

Is it going to pose any problems, or should I fabricate an actual bracket for it?

I say fab a bracket. Things flopping around in your engine bay are never good, esp the way most of us like to take corners

Are you referring to the stock pressure chamber (or the stock vacuum chamber)? Those have mounting points and should be secured with a (or more) bolt.
