Need some Identification help....

Whats this tube here for and what do i do with it? It was connected to the stock intake elbow, i just put a greddy coolcharge II on w/ a greddy elbow and had this piece left over.

The first picture is to show what it is exactly the second is to help identify where around the manifold it is.

The blue hose is the Double Throttle control line. The aluminum tube below it supplies the Accelerated Warmup System valve located under the UIM. If the valve is in place and is hooked up to its wiring harness, it will suck air when the engine is cold, and that air should be filtered. If the AWS electrical connector is disconnected, the valve will stay closed, and you can leave the tube alone.

Can i get rid of the accelerated warmup system valve? Or am i better off just putting a little filter on it?
