need some figres

had a long dissucsion with the ac delco rep about some heater core warrenty claims we made. long story short they are saying improper grounding which led to electrolysis eating away the welds.

cool car

take a volt meter put the - lead on the - batt terminal

put the pos in the coolant , not touching the metal just coolant

start car and what reading do you get?

turn on all elec loads and what is the reading then?

mine was .002 with no load
and was .039 with full ac etc.. just curious if you can do it and reply thanks. the rep said anything over .2 will quickly eat up a cooling sys. we did have a caddy that read 2.8 volts. 2 ground wires from the radiator and block to body brought it to .027
