Remove and clean plugs(install new would be better), perform deflood procedure with plugs removed, remove UIM and put a cap full of oil in each LIM runner. Reinstall UIM and plugs, start the car. If the car does not start and you have fuel and spark you have very very low compression.

When you say you have fuel, have you verified injectors are actually spraying?

Yes injectors are squirting I'm thinking that it might be flooded right now if it's not that I believe it would be timing or bad map sense it's a fresh rebuilt motor so I can't see it compression already and if that's the case id be one very unhappy customer lol

Is the ecu set to internal map sensor, and the vacuum line hooked up to the plenum? Can you take a log of the no start condition?

I would squirt some oil in the leading holes after deflooding and try again.

fresh rebuild is not going to tell you if a seal is jammed.......

1st step is always to do a compression test no matter the mileage
2nd test spark
3rd fuel. What pressure reading are you getting?
4th Read the ecu manual. Its in the ecu software under help
Make sure your tps is setup, trigger and injector settings are right.
if your tps reads over 300 your butterfly might be way open inspect it .\
A base map dose not mean it 100% set to your car.

Read this:
https://www.rx7club.com/adaptronic-e...tings-1066512/

Pull the plugs and egi fuse and do a deflood you should see fuel vapor if its flooded. also if your cranking for a long time and you feel its flooded you can hold WOT and the ecu will fuel cut

With the AEM coils, I'd be double checking all the extra earths are attached to the block - had the embarrasing moment when a couple were overlooked and the bloody thing wouldn't start!

Is there any kind of "master fuel" adjustment?
If so, try adjusting it down slightly untill it starts. Obviously dont drive it without a real tune though

$10 bucks says engine isn't spinning fast enough to generate enough CAS signal for the ECU filter

This was my issue on 20b + Adaptronic

Whether this is your issue or not,

Run a large 0 or 00 gauge wire directly from your battery to the starter. Directly. Cranking RPM's will blow your mind. Everyone with an FD should do this

Are you using the factory Mag sensors? If so are you sure that they are plugged in properly? They can easily be swapped and will wreck hell on you RE: ref vs. sync.
