What all was apart? I had the same problem- i had a broken TB gasket. Take a can of carb cleaner (its what my mech did) and spray it around the TB, when the engine starts to die you found where your vaccum leak is.
What year is your car? I think the 93-early 95's all had plastic/paper ones. They now have a metal one that never needs replacing.
Hope this helps.

But anyway, a couple of other people have had this issue recently and have found that the cruise control cable (as spurvo suggested) was being pinched between one part or another, and causing the throttle to remain open. Take a look at that too.

i accually just had this problem on my car. I had some clutch work and the mechanic accidentally caught the throttle on something and it was idleing at 5000 rpm, like others have said, this is most likely your problem!
