Looks like there is oil getting mixed in your coolant?

Really, it's probably just old and nasty. Have you ever changed it?

Put a 50/50 of good antifreeze and distilled water in there. Distilled water is like 80 cents for a gallon.

Old coolant, drain it, flush it with water a few times (google it. im too lazy to type it out), refill it with, as mentioned above 50/50 antifreeze and distilled water. whether you buy the premix 50/50 or buy distilled water is up to you. but dont use tap.

Nobody going to mention getting rid of the plastic AST? That should be pretty high on the to do list...

OP should be reading FAQ's and reliability mod list like all new members. Can't spoon feed everyone...

As far as the coolant, it seems old. Coolant gets pretty nasty in time if not flushed. Flush with distilled water a few times and refill with a quality mix. Follow proper burping procedures. Just search...

I know I need to get rid of my stock ast, no money right now and I dI'd search and what most of the threads came up it was about people using some sort of rad sealant like aluminaseal or what ever its called. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I was missing and thanks for the help. I'm going to flush it when I'm back working
