Is it my turbo?

Ive come to the conclusion the oil seals in my turbo went..
Symptoms:
-Grinding noise coming from the turbo
-Low vacuum
-Pulled the oil dipstick out and got good vacuum, plus REALLY low oil

Im non-seq on the stock 14 year old twins.. What do you guys think? -Eric

Pull of the intakes and check the shaft play on both turbos.

To check shaftplay, remove the compressor inlets so that you can touch the compressor wheels with your hands. Move it up and down, left and right, in and out and note any excessive play. A little bit is normal, but spin it and check if it contacts the housing, etc.
