Motor mounts... Did I install them wrong??

I'm about to install the PPF and noticed that the height of the motor mounts are different from my point of view. The right one has two threaded mounting points and the left doesn't.
Also the one on the right seems to sit higher than the left.
Is this normal? Do I need to switch them? Also I'm seeing the bottom of the transmission at an angle. Is this normal.

- Yes the trans is at an angle, that is all good.
- Those threaded holes are for a heat shield that's supposed to bolt to the passenger side mount. It's a really good idea, I'd track one down, the heat from the exhaust can kill that motor mount over time.

Everything looks good under there to me.

Also only the passenger side should have those holes for the heat shield. Some people have used the same arm on both sides which is fine but only one side needs the heat shield.
