I think a good place to start would be to change your pump, fuel filter and sock.
Next clean all grounds and replace spark plugs & leads.

Then lower your boost to the theoretical minimum and test.
If no problems turn boost up to 10psi. Tune.
exactly , But again , he cant tune without a wideband , I'd start there first if you dont have a wideband you are blind when it comes to fuel Issues .

I want a fuel system than can safely deal with up to 350whp.
1200s have the same problems as the 1300s. They are just modified 850s. They bore them out and they have a very poor spray pattern. I would leave the fuel system alone for now and get to the bottom of the issues. Change all the fluids. New spark plugs and wires (ngkbur93eqp all around and ngk wires), fuel filter, fresh oil, trans and diff fluid. Get the car to a competent tuner and put it on a dyno with a wideband and see what it is doing.

Like he says . ^

O.P. you seem to not be very knowledgeable when it comes to tunning , so unless you wanna risk the motor , while taking a crash course on it . try and find a local Tunner thats good with FD's and see if the issue is just the map . there is a very good chance that that is the one and only issue .

The main problem I see within this thread, is that you never actually diagnosed your original reported problem. It's possible all the work you are doing currently will address it. However, it's also possible you do all this work and still have the same problem since you never diagnosed it to begin with....

Of course that is possible. And if it is, I can go from there. But there are many things that needed to be addressed beforehand I think. Like changing oil. Plugs and wires. Belts. The old gas, etc.
