MN Is it me or is this water pump pulley super huge?

Hello,

So I received another motor from Japan and it looks like the water pump pulley is a lot larger than any aftermarket pulley I have seen.

Would anybody have an idea of what brand this is?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

That looks to be a Greddy pulley kit. Reason for being larger is because its designed to remove the factory air pump. If you remove the air pump and keep the smaller factory pulley the belt will not have enough mass for the belt to grip. So the larger pulley is larger to create more belt grip space.

I thought the same, but it's larger than the old greddy kit I had on my last one.

Thanks for the input.

I figured it wasn't a GReddy pulley kit, but I'm use to seeing blue for GReddy lol.

The only stock diameter main pulley in aluminum I could find when looking last year was from Super Now.
