Max boost 93 octane

What is the max boost to run on a built engine with 93 octane? Lets say with... ported and 3mm seals.

We need some more info here. Intercooler? Fuel pump? Larger injectors? Short bursts or extended pulls?

what would be needed to hit the limits of the factory drivetrain... which I hear is 400rwhp? Is this the right limit? and what would I need?
