Look for pics of your trunk battery relocation

Hallo,

I'm relocating my panasonic Miata AGM Battery to the trunk of my FD.
But I have no idea how to fixate the battery. Can you please post pictures how you have done that?

regards,
Bastian

Have you considered a bin relocation

I relocated my battery to the drivers side bin. It was very simple. Just recently I updated this mod by replacing the Odyssey 920C battery I had with an Optima Yellow Top. I had to mod the bin a bit and put in a battery tray and tie-down plus upgraded the wiring but still a much better presentation and very easy to do.

I bought the box and kill switch from summit racing. I bought a 150amp relay and had cables made at a local autopart store. It passes tech inspection at the track no problem.
