Leaking injectors,

I'm suspecting my secondary injectors to be leaking. I have the manifold off and I can't seem to get the air control valve off to get to the secondary rail. So I opted for the sniff test. Car hasnt been run for nearly a week. Getting my face as close as possible without poking myself in the eye with a loose vacuum line, I was able to vaguely smell gas fumes. Is this normal with injectors that don't leak? Or is this a sure sign that my injectors (or something fuel related) is leaking?
Want to know before I make any purchases.
Also, how many bolts hold down the ACV? LOL.

3 10mm bolts holds the acv. 2 on top (easy) and one in between the two chambers (bottom). I used the 1/4 ratchet and extension for this job. You have to approach the bottom nut in an angle first to clear the chambers and feel for it. Also, when you are done removing the nut, you need to pull the extension the same way you approached it, otherwise, you will knock your socket off.

It will be hell digging in between the rats nest.

bad fpd usually means that its leaking .

have a friend jump the fuel pump so its running and pressurizes the system . and check to see if its leaking from any where.

Thanks for the tip guys, I'll try that after I get my solenoid rack off. Could I simply turn the key to prime the pump too?

You have to turn the key to on and jump the fuel pump in the diagnostic box.

Does the lower intake manifold need to be connected and all 4 injectors plugged in ?
