just put my a/c back in

we put the a/c back in last night after a trip to mazmart (mazmart.com) to get some of the lines i had broken last year taking the system out

anyways, got it charged tonight....blows cold

i have two words for all of you who say remove the a/c, **** off

this is better than a GT40R kit

it was $60, i paid him $100...he stayed late and pulled a vaccum on the system for an hour

i went with "freeze 12" freon, it's a good substitute for r134a for systems designed for r12, it prevents the common problems where the r134a hits the r12 and turns into goo and ruins the system

it also cools better than R134a

oh yeah, weird trivia for those of you who's a/c will not work

if your cigar fuse is blown, (cigarette lighter no worky) the a/c won't, they both share the same power source for a relay
