Did anyone else notice that it says "Fly Wheel Power Graph" on top of the charts? This guy is making 298 fly wheel hp.

If it is the Silver RX with red inside, then my shop put the cat on it.They go for $250 free install. Its a 3' high flow catco cat.

Looks like Eurospeed did the run, they a BMW place in Cary but have a nice dyno and know how to use it unlike some other shops around raleigh.

NOW HOLD ON JUST A MINUTE!!-the reason it says fly wheel horse power is because you can enter in a variable for the drive train loss-it is something with the program this guy has on the dyno-he is supposed to enter in the variable to allow the computer to correct to FWHP but instead he enters in 1 so there is no make up for the lost power, I called him to double check this and he said that the graph is of WHEEL HORSE POWER not FWHP. Its the real deal, he said to not even bother with what it says on top becasue the dyno was programmed that way-the dyno run was done at eurospeed on a dynopack chassis dynometer. BUT ONCE AGAIN< PLEASE NOT THAT THIS IS WHEEL HORSE POWER, NOT FLY WHEEL HORSEPOWER. I would be happy to go with anyone to a dyno to prove myself (skeptics pay for it if I am correct). A friend of mine did the run on his own machine and if anyone knows what they are doing its him (take what he did with my afc for example). But it doesnt matter, I dont need to prove anything to anyone because its my car and I am sure as hell gonna enjoy my ride regardless.-BB

Sounds like Ryan. Everyone is just to skeptical because there cars don't do that so noone's can. Also, does it really matter if it is true or not, who cares? He posted it so why would he want to lie to anyone.

Good Run man.

not skeptical just doesn't make sense. w/ those mods he should already be lean, he also shouldn't be making that much hp on 8.5 psi.

Shouldn't be but aparently he is. So just accept it.

That or he is a liar trying to get everyone all riled up. I doubt that but anything is possible. So if he can run rich with those mods than whose to argue. Let it be.

I'm heading to nopi, if anyone is skeptical and is gonna be there I would be happy to take them for a ride. I am not trying to fool anyone or get anyone riled up, the only person that should be riled up over this is me (which I am) because I am stoked that I have that much rwhp.

Its either BS or the engine blows soon...
Take a pick
Going lean and mean is NOT healthy.

Who cares anyway?

I'm curious why you didn't up the boost to stock levels at least to around 10psi?? Shoot, with an additional 2psi you can make well over 300rwhp.

congratulations on your numbers, most of our questions aren't meant to be mean spirited, we're just curious and concerned (at least some of us)

Since you know your A/Fs, I assume they were plotted as well? Please post them, especially if you have before and afters.

Also, how ARE you controlling your boost? With those mods, you should easily be boosting 12 psi unless you have some restriction you haven't told us about. Are you sure your boost gauge is accurate?

Again, no hard feelings, we're all just curious.

There is no control of my boost as I have no way to control it (home depot controller or boost controller) all of your guesses are as good as mine, I hope to God my engine doesnt blow, but until then I am sufficently happy with my car (God I love FD's). Anyways, as I said I am going to Nopi and if anyone is going that thinks they can unravel the mystery of my HP output then we can meet at nopi and have a look, but until then-my car is eating all the yuppie driven 911's and corvettes in town which makes me happy (God I love eating yuppies in their expensive toys).-BB
