Anyone with Fuel Press gauge...

Could you please post what fuel pressure patterns you see and what fuel pump and if applicable fuel pressure regulator you have.
on acc

I generally am showing 2 1/4 kg/cm2 at steady throttle and 4-4.5 on acceleration. Can this be right????

That is right. Car should be at 2.25 kg/cm2 at idle. It increases to 2.5 during hot starts. At 1 psi of boost I normally see 3 kg/cm2. You do not want more than 5 kg/cm2 (72.5 psi). I am assuming you're using a 1:2 RRFPR.

cheers

Actually they said it was a 1:1 (the 2nd time I ordered it). Its a Weldon 20-40.

The first time I ordered it I was ordering a "Rising Rate" and that's what they delivered. I sent it back to order a "1:1" and they went the same damn thing back (not the same one of course but the same model). I called and they insisted it's a 1:1.

Mods in sig if it helps at all this time.

By the way, I never see anything in between. The transition is instantaneous...2.25 or 4-4.5. I can see some fluctuation between 4 and 4.5 but the 2.25 to 4 transition is immediate.

Ditto. Typical of the 2 stage pump.
