It's alive!!!

I blew the engine in my '93 almost three years ago, and had to take a break from spending money on it, but I finally got to work on it over winter break from school, and I got it done. I started it up a couple days ago, and it is freaking amazing! I forgot how much fun these babies are. All that's left is to fix my add coolant alarm which won't shut off, and tighten a leaking fitting on my power steering rack. I know how to do both, just haven't had a chance to yet. Here's a list of my mods.

Pettit Racing 13B-REW with street port and 3mm apex seals
BNR Stage 3 turbos
APEX'i fmic
HKS dual intake
Koyo radiator
Pettit AST
Unorthodox underdrive pulleys
850cc primary
1300cc secondary
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Supra fuel pump
Rotary Extreme 26 row dual oil cooler kit
3" down pipe
3" resonated midpipe
Racing Beat dual tip exhaust
APEX'i Power FC with datalogit
lightened flywheel
Bonez street/strip clutch

I've probably missed some stuff, but that's what I can remember. I have a pic, but it's too big to post.

Congrats!!! Seems like a lot of ppl are getting their projects underway and finished. Its been 3 years for me too... Each one of these stories are an inspiration to me. I'm just waitin on my 3574 single and fuel system from A-Spec and things should start coming together. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with puttin everything back together.

Can't wait to be back in the population that actually has a running rx7.

That is kick-***!
I too watched my FD sit on jackstands for 2.5 years, and it is indeed nice to have it back on the roads.

When you've fixed the add cooland buzzer, could you please let me know how you did it? I'm having the same problem with mine (tried replacing sensor, etc) and it's driving me nuts, cheers. Congrats on getting her back up and running BTW.

I bet that feels great, I can't freakin' wait to drive mine again!

Been down for about a year and a half now... I let it sit for about a year after the front eccentric shaft bolt backed out because I needed to devote all my time to school. Now I am out and probably wasting too much of my salary on this POS. haha

It should be a bit more potent this time around (GT3574).

Look for a single black wire down by the AC pump that is probably disconnected. It is hard to see and easily missed.

Is it the AC pump or the air pump? The the wire coming from the sensor on the water neck came off on mine, so I assumed that was it. I guess I'll look down by the AC pump too. Just waiting to get it back from the dealership. I took it there to get the AC filled, and for them to find a leak in the power steering. I went to pick it up today, and the hood wouldn't open. So they're fixing it for free, since they broke it. I should be able to pick it up in about an hour.
