Question installing new bov....

im getting ready to install pettit's new billet bov, and im just wondering if i can cap off the charge relief valve. i know that there is a lot of questions already answered about this but i cant find a thread on full non sequential setups(which i am. right now i believe that the CRV is acting like a second BOV). pettit told me it would work fine without it but it would be better to keep it. But i like simplifying anything i can, so will it be fine without the CRV?

also does anyone have any experience or opinions on the sound of the pettit bov?

put it in the hose coming off the center of the y-pipe. Leave the other one intact. You do realize that you are not going to gain anything except noise right?

im not expecting any power gains, i just want to replace the stock bov since im way over the stock boost levels now(and i got a good deal on it). im going to put the pettit valve right where the stock air bypass valve is.
i just dont know what the point of keeping the CRV is if im non sequential, isnt one bov good enough?
my other question was if anyone had heard the pettit bov, and had opinions on its sound?

Id like to know this aswell. I have a Blitz bov, and kept the stock CRV. I would like to cap off the CRV hose outlet to eliminate it, and just keep my Blitz Bov, since im running non-seq aswell.

If the twins are running in parallel, there is no need for the CRV.

A simple Rubber/silicone cap will suffice.

Correct, if you are running non-sequential you don't need both.
