Car + driver = more weight on left side of the car, which is what manny above me is saying as well.
Replace those springs...right...about....now.
New struts + stock springs = bad idea anyways. Just look at all the bouncy ricers in their hondas with cheap struts and stock springs. Bouncy bouncy bouncy.

The strut mount is your problem. The driver's side sags more over time, resulting in a lower ride height there.
Here's my writeup on shocks/springs, with a discussion on changing the front rubber shock mounts -

I have tokico 5 ways also and have somewhat the same problem. My driver side doeesnt sit any lower, but one time I was going up a curb and my tire rolled the fender out. It sucks. Two more guys from this area did the same thing. I have 17x8.5 in the front though

I'm just curious.. Did you just change the struts with 10+ year old stock springs?
Acturally.. I don't remember where and exactly when.. but I remember back when someone was telling me about stock FD suspension.. something about our driver side was lower because in japan it was right hand drive and when the driver sits it will even out. But they didn't change the set up for US spec... and kept the same suspension.. As it aged, it got lower.
Someone correct me if this is wrong.. It was when I lived in Cincy when I heard this.. I'm not sure how true that was..

My original springs are almost 14 years old (from the time the car was built) and they have no sagging problems. However, if yours are aftermarket springs, it's possible they were not made properly (too low yield strength, etc.) and they could sag after large deflections.

Always replace shocks and springs together. A blown out shock will wear out a spring over time and vice versa. Also, all the rubber mounting hardware should be replaced too. This included the upper mounts as well as the rubber insulators that the springs sit on. These cars are old and rubber deteriorates. In my opinion by the time you get done replacing all that it is better to just get coilovers. People half *** it and then wonder why they have rubbing problems.
