I still have a boost problem!

after thinking i fixed the problem about 2 weeks ago i still have some sort of a boost problem. 2 weeks ago i wasnt getting enough boost a 8-5-6 boost pattern, it ended up being the wastegate and precontrol solenoids, the wires were swiched between them. so i swiched them back and though i had fixed the problem i now figure out went i hit WOT the other day that my primary boost hits 14psi! and im getting a hesitation, but i dont thing it is the normal 3k rpm hesitation, because it happens at differnt rpms, somtimes at 3k other times at 3.5k. it only happens at WOT also. so if i floor it ill hit 14 psi and either 3k rpms or 3.5k rpms ill get a hesitation that wont stop unless i take my foot of the gas.

any ideas on what this could be? oh and my seconday boost isnt a big deal compared to my primary but it will spike at 12 and go down to 8. i need to fix my primary problem first. any sort of help greatly appreciated!!

thanx,

preston

ah yeah, fuel cut!
boost limits of the stock ECU are hit at around 12psi - you're hitting 14psi and the cuts are catching up with you. check your turbo pre-control lines cause they are most likely leaking somewhere.

just convert it to a non-sequential setup and you wont have that problem. haha.

primary boost in controlled primarily by the turbo pre-control solenoid system... hence if your primary is high only, thats the likely cause.

Pretty soon zero lag will become zero compression.

Definitely be sure the precontrol and wastegate lines are leak-free.

well when i went to start my car yesterday it started for a breif second then shut off, when i went to try and start it again it wont start the instrument panel doesnt work eg. lights, mi dont show up, radio dispays time but doesnt turn on and i checked the fuses and fuse b1 is blown, so i went and got a new fuse and i put it in and went to start it up and it it didnt start, it turns over but wont start. so i checked the new fuse and it blew again. so i have a short some where, since i really dont want to mess around with my electrical sytem i took it to the forbiden dealership because all rotary shops near me are atlest an hour away and towing would be outragous. anwy way i wont have my car back probably til turs/fri hopefully. is this shorting a comon problem? i havent touched my elecrical system so it couldnt be any thing i did and my car was running fine the day before. any ideas?

My 93 rx7 just got out of the shop b/c mazda sold me 86-91 non turbo plugs and they blew up inside of my motor. Before they bley up, i had a lot of bottom end torque, but i didnt have much top end. The mechanic adjusted a valve while it was in the shop, and now i have increadible top end but absolutly no torque under 4800 rpms. any suggestions?
