If you barly have the funds now you wont be able to manage this car.. sorry not trying to rag on you.. also a 4 rotor is just and will always be a dream to 99% of the 7 club.. you would have to have thousands of dollars to get that done.. even a 3 rotor.. not many people have even 3 rotors. if you do have the funds to keep a normal 13b make sure you have the money for a rebuild and big bills for repairs if needed.. and i mean big

First, this is covered in the FAQ:
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/
Second, you'll have to call around to find out. I'll guess that there are only a handful of these in the world. If you don't have the funds to purchase one now you won't have the funds to put a 4 rotor in when you finally get the car.

i have the funds for the car...ive had to 7's for awhile just never got crazy with them. i had an 87 and an 86 both ran perfectly and when problems came up they were dealt with in a timely matter i know its more expensive to upkeep this car...but i had no idea on pricing for those kinda builds i just new turbo wasnt a big deal to me if i could push the power out of just the motor itself.not lookin for a daily driver.lookin for a fun car to drive...ive loved this car for years...track car mostly....theres only 2 people who work on rotoray's out here in vegas...so theres no way to really get info...thats why i wanted to ask you guys if youve heard of prices or shops that do this.

Here's an answer: the best estimate I've seen for a 3-rotor conversion is $30,000. You should probably double it for a 4-rotor, assuming you can even find someone to do it.

Pm me if you want this work done. I can do it if you have the big $$$. I own a 3 rotor FD and it's not cheap.. If you don't have 30k for the car and upgrade don't even think about it.. I'm in Vegas also..

4 Rotor conversions cost an upward of 80k and that's just motor work. I would think you would need rear end work and other parts to be able to handle all that power properly. So yeah like everyone else said just focus on getting the car first then go from there.
