When I had stock twins I ran 15lbs all the time for almost a 1 1/2 yrs without any problems. And when I took them off to go single turbo (with 60k on em) they looked fine. No cracks or oil leaks what so ever.

I'm running 12lbs right now. Sometimes it goes up to 13lbs for some reason. I will bump that up to 15 when I upgrade my IC and fuel pump.

I run 13psi all day long with my setup. When it gets cold out, I have seen it spike up to 15 psi ... which is beyond what the stock injectors can handle, IMO. Obviously I don't run up there for more than a couple of seconds.

I think 15psi on the twins is probably the max for getting decent life out of them.
