how much is this all worth?

hey guys i know how much oem springs and apex seals go for but i found a guy selling all of this for 425... whats it all worth?

6 2mm Mazda OEM Apex seals with 6 big springs and 6 small springs, 12 corner seals with 12 inserts and 12 springs, 12 side seals 12 side seal springs, 4 front rotor metal oil rings with 4 oil ring insert seals, 4 rear rotor metal oil rings with 4 oil ring insert seals, 4 front rotor oil ring springs, and 4 rear rotor oil ring springs, front main seal, rear main seal, 4 inner water jacket seals, and 4 outer water jacket seals

You can go to mazdatrix.com and add it all up but at a glance it seems to be a good deal if it is all OEM.

im making sure all of the parts are oem... hopefully this is real! any other input on the value of this complete list?

yes its all new... i just sent him money he said he will gladly return my money for the parts and the shipping if i am not 100% happy! i'll let everyone know if it turns out ok and if he can sell some more to the community... thanks everyone for your input i love this site!!!

so all i need is the water seals? meaning the Inner and Outer seals? what do you think about replacing the tension bolt seal while im there? also im sending the motor out to have a street port done what else should i get done? please any input is much appreciated! as always thank you for your time...
