it's a PITA. I hate the OMP primarily due to its location. Howard's new thread on "save your engine, save the whales" adds carbon deposits to the list.

if you're just changing the lines you should be able to get to it without "too much" hassle. You'll note the two 10mm bolts on the right hand side of the 1st pic. Those are the bolts holding the lines in place. Careful when you remove them from the pump as there is a copper crush washer there. You can see it bridging the two bolts in some of the pictures.

Two basic ways to access it, from the top or from the bottom.
This is how I did it...... https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...&highlight=OMP

Either way, I recommend ordering the copper crush washers for the end of the lines and a new OMP 'O' ring. I didn't but looking back I was lucky it didn't leak. And a year or so later I pulled the motor anyway for a rebuild and replaced them.

When i did this job i found it easier to remove the sway bar and remove the pump from the bottom.
Since you only need to replace the lines you may be able to do it from the top but i believe the bottom is much easier.

No. I didn't read your post close enough. You can remove the lines W/O removing the OMP. But you'll have to remove nearly everything else on top of the engine to access the injector ends and re-route them. Obviously you're almost there if you're at the injectors.
IMO, it's easiest to access the pump end of the lines from beneath as shown in that link.

Just remove the air box and upper radiator hose to see the OMP lines. But I would think the hardest part is getting the oil injectors out. Looks like the LIM has to come off first. Which means the turbo would need to be removed.

You most definately dont have to remove the LIM.

You need to pull out the primary injectors to get at the rear oil injector, but the LIM is not touched.

Thanks

Figured I'd take the worst case scenario. Wasn't sure about the clearance while unscrewing the oil injectors.

If you have a little ambition and skill, you can make your own for cheap:
