To get in I put one foot in, squat down slightly (applying majority of my weight on the foot in the door) and brace with my right hand on the back right of the seat, then it's just sitting down...
To get out I put my feet on the ground, put my left hand down on the door frame, and stand up.
I'm 6'1" and I range from 240-255lbs depending on which way the wind is blowing.

I'm 5'11" at about 220-230, normally I just put my right leg in and squat/slide in. Getting out I swing my legs out first and lean forward like an old man. If its after leg day, I hold the frame and steering wheel for dear life while keeping my legs stiff and hope nobody is watching me cry. Not really sure how I get out after leg day, pretty sure I'm blacking out somewhere in the process.

I'm small. I dont have this problem
But one of my friends is fairly big. Like 160kg big... To get him out of the car after a race stage (in an RX7 with a cage and side intrusion bars) we made a square 3ft x 3ft piece of thick plywood with 4 small caster wheels on the bottom.
He would park, open the door and we would wheel the skateboard device up to the side of the car. He would do a barrel roll out of the FD and onto the plywood. We would wheel him away from the car and he would get up. Not dignified, but it did the job

Constant threat
All joking aside, this CAN be a bit of a problem. I'm 6'1" and 236. I was 197 when I bought the car, lol! I too have damned near knocked my *** out hitting my head, thinking I was lower than I was. I've found that for me the best way to get in is to put my right foot inside, then grip the steering wheel with my right hand, and then do this 'duck and roll' inside move, bringing my left leg in as the final maneuver. Getting out is just a case of pushing off from something inside the car (seat, steering wheel, etc) and gripping the top of the opened door to help facilitate things.

Yeah I suggest doing on let at a time, Im crazy skinny but im always telling my bigger friends to watch there head as they almost always do. I cant even really wear a hat in it. Too bad the stock seats dont have the option too pump down and up like the new cars.

6'1" and 250, with a bad back and factory seats - I used to get in by putting my right leg in first, but the twisting and bending tore up my left knee, and now I park in a skinny old garage where I can't fully open the doors. So, to get in, I keep both feet on the ground, lower my keester into the seat, brace myself with my right arm back on the passenger seat, then rotate in the seat as I swing one leg in and then the other. Reverse to get out. I still manage to hit my head from time to time. Getting in and out of the Vette is a little easier.

I am short so I have no issues. I still put the seat all the way back before exiting/entering the car. I find it easier plus I have less chance of wearing down the new seats

Mine is a first generation (AP1) and is a 2000 year model. Granted it's a full race car now, but they are overall much roomier than a FD. With the race seat installed in my FD, it was definitely much more difficult to get in and the S2000 actually has more seat room to go backwards if I was taller. I lost a few inches in the FD with the roll bar, but I didn't have much more room left anyways.
