How do i remove this piece?

Can some1 please refer me to a site, thread, or write-up that will show me how to remove the black plastic trim piece that goes around the a/c **** and cd player? Maybe just tell me? Im replacing mine with a new one and im having dificulty.

take the gauge console and the shifter console, it is hold by 4 screws, take great car in the gauge console

The gauge "hood" has to come off first... not all the way off, just take the screws that holds the hood on, slide the hood & gauges forward & you'll be able to get to the 2 screws that were hidden behind the hood that hold on the AC surround.

If you do take off the hood and you have a 93....good ******* luck as you have to be Superman to pull that ****** off. But really, if you do, pull straight back towards yourself to avoid breaking anything, and ******* pull hard. Just when you think you have pulled as hard as you can, you still need to pull harder
