rev to 5k, dump clutch, hold brakes. with ET streets, Burn out until a little white smoke starts to form. No more is needed, the guys that do massive burnouts are just wasting their money, and can actually have a negative effect on the tire. ET streets heat up very quickly, so dont worry about doing a huge one.

Im running 14psi on stock turbos, with the PFC.

With the mods in the sig i ran 12.5@112

Yep perfect description. Rev it up, dump the clutch and put your foot on the brake. You won't need to floor it, take it easy so your not bouncing off the rev limiter.

What I do is put my foot on the break first(big toe and little toe) and rev it up and then dump the clutch.

at the track use the water pits with the slicks. Easier on the drivetrain (duh)

Pull the ABS fuse at the track. Don't waste the time or money with a line lock.

Damn it, you don't need to pull the ABS fuse to do a burnout!

Why do people post that without ever trying it?

Rev it up, drop the clutch, tires start spinning, put the brake on. The car won't move forward, rear tires will spin. The *** end of the car will probably move to the right.

"put the brake on. "

I am never going to try this as I have no money to spend on new tires but I like learning new things. Now I am guessing you are talking about the foot brake right?

I do have a line lock guy and you need to pull the ABS fuse to use it. PERIOD. You dont need to pull the ABS fuse to do a burnout but you do if you use a line lock which is what his statement said. "line locks dont work with abs, at least that what i hear"

I was just clarifying that so simmer down zippy

basically a selinod valve that once pressure in the brake line is applied and the valve is activated, holds the fluid at the caliper rather than letting it go back to the master cylinder. It lock either the front or rear brakes depending on your application.

It is used a lot by people that drag race so that you can remain stationary while doing a burnout and not put any wear on your rear brakes.
