I have a 97 model rx7 and I want to put the klms down because they look a little high, I just put a brand new engine in it so the klms being so high is pretty stupid

Isn't it illegal to change odometer setting?
He could photocopy mechanic's bill of sale showing at what odometer mileage/kilometers the engine was put in.

Not sure if you wanna do it yourself, maybe you should check out the Far East forum and ask those guys how they normally take care of getting the odo reset in Japan.

I know in the US it may be considered odometer fraud if you try to mess with your odo yourself.
