low cp??

Hello! Suddenly my 1995 fd3s and after i installed a large greddy intercooler , and a large radiator does this thing:
1) it doesnt turn on many times and makes the plugs full of gas
2) if it gets on it need 40lt of gas every 100 klm , and it has fire behind, black smoke etc
3) after 20 minutes of workin idle goes to 400 rpm , and it turns off.....
4) the second turbo doesnt work good because there is a hole on the manifold and there is so so so much gas

I said it to someone in greece and said 99% is low cp , and i need a total rebuild of everything. new rotors housings etc etc

What do you think? Isnt it possible that there might be something simple?
The motor has 115.000 klm on , but before 40.000klm had its apex seals changed by the last owner.

Could you give me some links of good mechanincs here so i can get a new engine or send mine for a rebuild? here in greece we have luck of these kind of engineers

Do a compression test. Might need a tune as well.

Check to see if you knocked your MAP sensor tube off.
