How can I purchase R-Magic 99 Spec oil cooler ducts?

I am looking for 99 spec oil cooler ducts, I know R-magic makes them but you can't order through there site. If somebody has a connection or could order them please pm me. I know RE use to make replicas so maybe Ken at Shine would be able to make some if anybody is interested besides me.

www.rhdjapan.com They are a little over $200 last I checked. I purchased a set from them a couple of years ago and they arrived in less than a week... from Japan. Talk about fast shipping...

EDIT: Charlie beat me to the punch.

Seems kind of pricy i'd think you could make a set out of sheet metal and some bench time.

As far as I know, there are no OEM oil cooler ducts available for the 99 spec bumper.

Correct. Where the 93+ R1/R2's had dedicated oil cooler ducts and the brake ducts that utilize the openings in the R1/R2 lips, the 99+ FD's only had brake ducts that they label as brake/oil cooler ducts that utilize the openings in the lip.

With all the bends & curves it should be a peice of cake to fab out of metal.

Then, after a couple weeks & numerous bumper removals, you'll have something that looks like *** with massive gaps.

There is something to be said for someone else doing all the work & making a professional product.

You gotta pay to play. $200 isn't much, if it is, you probably still have a primer coat body kit installed.

I bought the R magic ducts from RHD Japan years ago (2003) when I did my 99 spec bumper. Easy install & great fit, No gaps!!

Used the search button and it came through for me! No to raise this from the dead but does anyone know if these come with the felt to seal them against the coolers?

I will be ordering a set in a week or two from RHDJapan.com

Yuan is Chinese currency (1 dollar = 6.14 yuan). Japan's is yen (1 dollar = 107.20 yen).

These are sold as a pair. "Includes both left and right sides".

I didnt think 165.00 was a bad price.

Ah you're right, I missed the "read more". I didn't think 160 was bad either and was planning to get some myself.

Sorry guys, we are still updating our website slowly most of the "specialty" brand we carry like Odula, Re-amemiya, Feed, R-magic, etc. Are special order items, anything your looking for just contact me and i'll give you a price. I'm still waiting to hear back from R-magic on the time frame/availability of this item.

This is a great rate. The value of the dollar is the highest since like 2008. It was around $80 a couple years ago. Folks should be all over RHD Japan
