honda coolant premix?

My friend is a master mechanic at a honda dealer, he is going to throw up the car to check for any leaks and problems. He also said he will flush my radiator and put in honda premixed coolant. My question is will this be fine in the rotary and has anyone have experience with this coolant. My friend also knows this isn't just a typical engine. I don't doubt his knowledge of cars from his experience but I just want a second opinion.

Well there isn't really different coolants for different cars, so I'm sure his "Honda Premix" will work just fine lol...

It's probably ok, but make sure it doesn't contain any methanol. Methanol and aluminum is not a good combination.

correct

I am also a trained Honda tech.( I can cook rice ) it is just a 50/50 mix. Safe for aluminum and all other systems. You will just pay out the *** for the speacial HONDA name plate. ( Maybe if it is MUGEN coolant it will work better as well!

yes there are...Dexcool, an orange coolant is typically used in GM vehicles.
G-12,pink coolant, which is typically used in volkswagens (found out when I did a google for Dexcool).

Well I am just afraid of the distilled water or non distilled portion of this mixture whichever it uses.

distilled water is something that i agree seems like a great idea but i have seen no proof of it being any better. toyota has their own coolant also. if you mix them the rust inhibitor packages dont last as long
