Question hmm gassy smell

after starting up my fd, smell of gas comes into the interior of the car from my engine bay.....not that bad, but not that plesent...lols wonder whats causing it.

When i had that gassy smell it was that and leaky injectors.

other than the smell, what would leaky injectors do to the car? (flooding? though I never experienced my car to flood thus, i wouldnt know how that is niether) =P

stick your face right into the engine near the front opening of the UIM. Literally, get right up in their with your nose and sniff. If that seems to be a centerpoint of strong gas smell then it is your injectors or FPD. If the FPD is that bad it may even be causing a puddle which will run down th front of the "block". Get a flashlight and shine it in the area under the water pump housing/radiator filler neck/pulleys/etc. Check to see if you can see a "run" down the front originating from where you stuck your nose in to smell.

my car doesnt smell anymore....i guess the exhaust smoke was comming in through my winow due to the wind blowing.
