Question help reading my plugs....

These have been in for about 8K miles. last time i changed my plugs they were a little fouled but thats it. ive had starting issues recently so i pulled the plugs... ive never had such heavy flaky deposits, and irregular coloration. your thoughts please btw, the car is basically stock besides a DP & High flow cat. I also *may* have a very slight coolant seal leak. Injectors have not yet been cleaned. 90K stock motor.

what heat range are those? im not an expert at reading plugs either, but those dont look too pretty. im not sure if thats a carbon buildup or pitting caused from an overly lean condition. what are your driving habits? do you run it hard? alot of stop and go? or do you frequently start the car and shut it off without fully getting it warmed up? Im leaning towards a carbon buildup but again not an expert.

I clean my plugs after flooding the engine...if my plugs EVER looked like that, I'd have replaced them 10,000 miles ago

its a weekend car, and i drive it pretty hard . little stop and go and it always gets warmed up to full operating temp before shutting down.

I typically recommend replacing/cleaning spark plugs every 3000 miles on the FD. At best, 5000 miles.

i just recently changed my plugs, they looked like that. i would say they looked even worse. I havent changed them since i got the car... so that was about 14k on them, plus however long they were in the car before i got it.

One of my plugs even had some wierd nasty sticky buildup going up the plug. strange.
