HELP ! project done. now having idleing issues

well i finally got a chance to crank my car up yesterday. this is what i have done to it .. single turbo, fuel system, radiator upgrade,BOP, removed nest, intercooler, and basically removed motor to change all seals and gaskets... so i finally got everything back together, once i cranked her up.. it would idle fine for a second then would jump up really high...i have no idea what rpm it jumped to but it sounded pretty high so i cut off the car... wait for a couple minute and crank it up again and would do the same thing ?? so in my mind would check for vacum leaks or throttle cable, would you guys have any idea what could be causing this .... any help will do, thanks

checked for throttle, seems to be okay.. but i do remember eliminating the double throttle, do that have to do anything with this ?? and also i left my nipples on my LIM uncapped, on both sides? is that okay ??

check the cruise control , seems to be fine ... my rpm is stuck at 9k when i tried to start it ... i cant tell which rpm is it going through,

also could it be anything about the fuel, i might have installed uncorrectly...

You need a block off plate to cover the hole where the double butterfly rod was
