Unhappy Help, No boost and Ive checked everything

Ive unbolted my manifold for the last time. Three times in 1 day is enough. I raced and beat a Supra(yes) but I boost spiked to 17psi. Now engine damage thank god. BUt I lost my boost. Took my manifold partially off and found a hose blew off the one way valve. Put it back on, examined surrounding stuff(couplings and hoses). Drove my car, now it sounded like a bird when boost tried to build. Unbolted my manifold but left the 2 sensors on so i can swivel it around. Found the hose in the back with a one way check valve blew off. Put it back on, checked alot more out now and still havent found anything. Put it back on, started it and i got 5psi now. Have my manifold off again and wondering where else to look.

Check your intake/intercooler hoses. If you're only getting 5 lbs then it's an intake leak. Take the couplers off and stretch them around looking for splits. If you can't find it then get an air compressor with an air blower nozzle and hook it up to an intake nipple. Put some tennis ***** or something in the big turbo intake hoses and pressurize the intake. If you have a leak, that will find it.

You need to do a 40-70 run in 3rd gear. Cruise steady at 35 mph in 3rd . Floor it and have someone watch the boost and note the boost pattern. Be as thorough as possible.

You should get:
rpm psi
3,000 10
4,500 8 (as 2d turbo comes on)
4,500+ 10 (recovers almost immediately)
6,000+ 8 (and holds to redline)

Let me know what your numbers are. Be as specific as above.

I have no boost in 3rd gear, anyone know whats up? There's boost in 1st and 2nd, just not 3rd, 4th and 5th. And I changed some of the bad vacuum hoses already. Anyone got any ideas? All I got is Greddy exhaust and ACT clutch, stock precat is still in there.

I dont feel the push in 3rd gear that I feel in 1st. Even though I dont have a boost gauge, I'm pretty sure the primary boost in 1st is around 7 psi. 2nd gear seems to have less boost and I dont feel anything in 3rd.

Well, a few months ago I hooked up my friend's boost gauge and tested the boost in 2nd gear. I got 5-6 psi at that time, that's with a slipping clutch (couldnt go WOT) and broken vacuum hoses. Now the clutch is almost new and I just changed the some of the vacuum hoses so I expect more boost.

Mightyslash, you need a boost gauge.. Go buy one or borrow one or something, otherwise it's all just speculation.

You will NEED a boost gauge to troubleshoot. Even a $20 vacuum/pressure test guage will work for trouble shooting. All you need is the guage and about 6ft of vacuum/windshield washer tubing. You can run it to the cabin temporarily. Can you at least borrow one?
