Actually, I was meaning the Jacob's model. If it's the FC1000 (I also sent you a PM), this should be the wiring:

black to blue/yellow coil
white to black/red coil
red to black/red wire off stock harness
green to yellow/blue wire off stock harness
Heavy red to power
heavy black to ground
brown is an optional tach wire

(this was grabbed from another post so hopefully it's right )

So just cut the 2 leading wire and connect the red and green to it. Connect the black and white to the other end of the leading plug. If this is it than it's pretty easy to do?

Since I relocated my battery to the back I could mount the ignition where the battery use to.

it works.. i hope... the car started at least.. getting this wierd low idle now for some odd reason.. hmmm for an FYI thing.. on the harness that you are going to cut, you'll see two wires.. one is a black / red and the other is lik ea black / yellow or something.. I assume the black / red is the power and the other wire is the ground. BTW the black / red wire is umm 14 gauge i think and the yellow one is 12 gauge wire. hmm hopefully i will work all the bugs out best of luck.

sorry for stealing the thread a bit but has anyone experienced their idle goign down after doing the ignition change over? my idle has gone down alot and i can't seem to get it back up.. i'm not sure if i should change the plugs or just start testing out the TPS and the idle adjustment screw..the ignition seems to be working quite well tho. i am not getting any high end break up and the car idles alot better.. just low.

your amperage has changed. may cause the idle to also... adjust the idle screw near the TB. bring the idle back up to 900 or so, and see how it works after that. also, remember to tighten the nut on the idle screw so it deosnt move, i forgot to once and it inches its way to a different idle point.

ohh, forgot to say... you said it works well? what boost are you at? have you tried to run 15psi? if so does it cure the break up at the boost level? do you recomend? what coils are you using? im thinking of running TII coils as per what someone else said.
