Hatch drain pic request.

So I've noticed that every time it rains heavily, when I open the hatch I get some water droplets on top of the panels that cover the spare tire kit & tools. I also have some minor remnants of water along the "gutters" where the water drains out of the hatch seal area. Looking at some prior threads, I took the two triangle pieces off that are held in by three phillips screws, but I couldn't really see anything clogged. It just looked like the water had traveled down the left side, under the hatch rubber piece thats held inside with one bolt, and then a lesser trail past that.

Does anyone happen to have a picture of where the actual drain tube is? I'm not sure if its under that rubber piece held on by a single bolt or what, but I didn't see much, not like the FC where its a quite obvious circular hole.

There isn't a drain tube like the FC, it just runs out and around the tail lights. May need to pull the tail lights and see if there's a bunch of crud up in there. FYI to remove the tail lights after the obvious screws are out push the light to the side - if you are standing facing the back of the car and doing the US driver's side light, grab the light and push left.

That would explain why it looked like it drained there. I was thinking it may have become clogged and was overflowing there as a result, but I didn't have much (if any) debris back there. Thanks for the confirmation!

Edit: I also appreciate the reminder about the direction of the tail light removal. I would not have been happy if I had forgotten to do that and broke the tabs.
